Many people don’t know where to start searching for appropriate services or technology to help their loved ones. That’s where we come in – we’re impartial, unbiased and passionate about ensuring  our participants can make informed decisions, exercise choice and control and feel supported through building their knowledge and skills towards independence and compliance. 

At Access Through Action, we strive to ensure all persons are well considered and the  participant has the correct supports, well matched hearing devices and AT to meet their communication preference and needs to reach their goals.

We are passionate about working with people of all ages and abilities and pride ourselves on being collaborative and supportive through change & transitions ensuring everyone is heard and understood.

 We will listen to you and work with you or a team to draw on all expertise to build knowledge and skills so that you can make the best-informed choices. After all, we understand every case  is unique and the importance of building trust is key.

We’ll guide and assist to identify needs through referral, source, , trial, select, implement and capacity build skills and strategies towards further independent control. Reducing the likelihood of abandonment through poor use or non compliance.

I’m Laura; an experienced AT professional living and working in New South Wales. I help my clients either in-person or online by providing information and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their assistive technology, support and capacity-building options.

Altogether you can count on me to offer independent, unbiased and compassionate advice of all the possibilities when navigating the world of hearing loss, assistive technology including adaption and connectivity solutions.
